Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days after payment clearance. Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be in original unused condition with tags still attached. Simply submit a return request and mail your items back to us.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods

• Digital downloads

• Custom or personalized orders

Refunds for returned items will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us right away and provide photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

For exchanges, please return the item following the process above and place a new order for the exchange product.
